The church in Junglinster

Not long ago, I had the privilege of shooting the christening of the lovely little Lina, daughter to a good friend of my wife. The venue for this happy event was the church in Junglinster. Having never been to this particular church before, I decided to visit the location prior to the big day, just to get a feel for the lighting conditions and come back with some ideas on where to shoot from. Upon arriving on site I was awestruck. Words fail me when trying to describe my feelings upon entering this magnificent building. A bit later, I struck up a small chat with the pastor who turned out to be one of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Unfortunately he was preparing another christening for that day, so I had very little time which I decided to spend by getting some interior shots of this little gem. I’ll be back, though!
